About The Job
Responsible for all aspects of production scheduling including planning and preparing production schedules for timely shipment of orders. The individual in this position will need to communicate effectively across internal departments to ensure internal and external customer needs are met.
Role And Responsibilities
- Schedule equipment and customer orders to maximize operational efficiency and meet customer requirements.
- Design and follow-up on execution of weekly production plan.
- Analyze and forecast customer demand based on sales orders and forecast and communicate impact to production.
- Coordinate with plant leadership and cross-functional departments to ensure production needs are met (raw materials, customer orders, required manpower, etc.).
- Collaborate with leaders and partners to ensure compliance and improvements in Food Safety and Partner Safety programs.
- Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages by contacting required leaders or departments.
Key Ingredients
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- English proficiency required.
- Organized, attention to detail, data analysis, and excellent communication skills
