Position Overview:. We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in driving demand for both our software and services offerings. This role is critical for driving pipeline growth and revenue across all business units within Asymbl, Inc., specifically targeting North America and UKI markets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B marketing, an in-depth understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, and proven expertise in executing effective demand generation strategies that directly contribute to overall business success

Responsibilities:. Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies and campaigns that support both software and services business units
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams across Asymbl, Inc. to align efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to driving revenue
Manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and events
Lead efforts in creating and managing lead nurturing programs, including lead scoring, segmentation, and personalized communications
Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies across both software and services
Oversee demand generation budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
Provide training and support to team members on best practices in demand generation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing and sales, to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across the organization
Qualifications:. 5+ years of experience in demand generation is required, with a strong focus on the Salesforce ecosystem
Proficiency in HubSpot CMS and Salesforce
Expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics, with a proven track record of optimizing digital campaigns for maximum impact
Proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly in professional services or technology sectors, with a focus on both software and services
In-depth knowledge of demand generation strategies and tools, including marketing automation platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot
Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decision-making and improve campaign performance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across international teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering measurable results
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus
