Job Description For Deltin Select Associate
The Deltin Select Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to high-value players and enrolling them in the casino's loyalty program. This role requires an individual who is customer-focused, able to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with guests who enroll with the loyalty program, and provide a high level of personalized customer service.
- Manage and monitor loyalty guest accounts to ensure that they receive the appropriate level of service and benefits.
- Enroll and educate new guests in the casino's loyalty program, explain benefits and requirements, and provide ongoing support.
- Monitor player activity and provide feedback to the marketing and management teams on player behavior, preferences, and needs.
- Handle loyalty guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in dealing with VIP clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that loyalty guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain accurate records of loyalty guest activities including guests visits and contact information.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications And Requirements
- Minimum HSSC pass; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with casino loyalty programs and player tracking systems preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems used for tracking player activity and managing guest accounts
