- Duties and responsibilities of Delivery Staff
Collaborating with the shipping team & offering good customer Service.
Collect payments from the customers at the time of shipment delivery & make Sure it tally with the invoice.
The driver needs to investigate the delivery address, plan and determine appropriate delivery routes, maintain the schedule.
One should drive carefully and safely and deliver products within the estimated arrival time.
Delivery drivers must contact clients to confirm delivery details.
Drivers need to stick to the company's functioning guidelines and procedures.
Delivery agents need to have good social skills and the ability to solve problems to increase customer satisfaction.
SSLC or Plus Two or Any who are willing to work on commission basis
Two wheeler with license
