A Vendor Manager or Network Partner Manager is responsible for overseeing relationships and partnerships with external vendors, suppliers, or network partners on behalf of a company.

Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Senior Manager at FinHub, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing the global delivery of our products.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

Developing and implementing effective project management processes and methodologies.

Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring successful risk management.

Providing leadership to geographically dispersed teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Implementing quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality products/services.

Monitoring project budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing financial resources.

Regularly reporting project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Global Delivery Manager or similar role in Fintech.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on a global scale.

Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of [industry-specific technologies or tools].

Ability to navigate cultural differences and work effectively in a global context.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
