Job Description

Role : Delivery & Relationship Manager - BFSI
  • Location : Chennai, Work from Office & Customer site
  • Travel opportunity guaranteed !

The Delivery and Relationship Manager is a part customer site, part office role that serves as a bridge between the customer and iSolve. The Manager is the Voice of the Customer in iSolve and represents the genuine needs, expectations and concerns of the customer.

You will be assigned up to 5 top customers with multi project, multi location responsibility. The expected outcome is to grow the relationship and business to meet the benefit goals of the customer and revenue goals of iSolve.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Customer Side:

  • Be on the customer's side; understand requirements, result expectations, deadlines and all related asepcts clearly.

  • Fully lead the project at customer side with detailed interactions with heads / leads, decision makers, influencers.

  • Co-ordinate and complete Platform / Project deliveries within timelines, budget and quality standards.

  • Lead and execute platform deployment, Go Live actions; manage post Go Live expectations and deliveries.

  • Set the right expectations with customer teams on all technology, IT Security, project delivery and related matters.

  • Set appropriate and adequate project governance and monitoring processes for the customer engagement and see through al project management and communication aspects to stakeholders on project milestones, issues, and resolutions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, trusting relationships to meet mutual business objectives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to help them achieve their growth objectives anf goals.

  • Monitor customer's evolving needs and prepare iSolve's product teams to address the needs to exceed customer's satisfaction.

  • Ensure both customer happiness and satisfaction.

  • Delivery & Deployment

  • Adequately represent customer expectations result, timelines and other outcome elements with iSolve Business Analytics team and Development teams.

  • Fully lead from project kick-off, identify / confirm customer success criteria, right till the last mile of delivery, deployment and closure.

  • Proactively manage customer expectations, escalations and related customer communications in a professional and orderly manner proactive.

  • Guide iSolve BA & Development teams on timely completion and deployment aligned with customer expectations.

  • Ensure iSolve scores exceed our own standards in all relevant KPIs.
  • Farming Sales, renewals and cross sells

  • Achieve Business growth target as agreed / planned.

  • Achieve desired price and P/L goals as agreed for the assigned customer.

  • Proactively anticipate, source, drive and achieve - new, upsell, cross-sell, renewal opportunities.

  • Alert and prepare in advance, customer side changes, success plans, expansion plans, new needs etc with full map of decision makers, key influencers and user groups.

  • Build relationships between iSolve and Customer side top executives by proactively arranging meetups, events etc.

  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to develop compelling value propositions and tailored solutions for the assigned customer..

  • Accountable for P&L management, remediation, forecasting revenue, cost, growth, and success strategy.

  • Knowledge and Skills:

  • Enjoy Customer engagement, derive fulfillment in achieving and maintaining happy customers.
Good knowledge of BFSI domain and current and future trends
  • Deep understanding of regulatory processes, RBI/SEBI regulations and adequate contacts.
Excellent project management skills and experience in methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and proactively implement solutions.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience in client relationship management and business development is desirable.
  • Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in any discipline

  • Demonstrated competence and lived experience of 5+ years in Delivery / Last Mile deployment / Customer Engagement.
  • Must have adequate experience in BFSI domain in technical project management
