Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Delivery Associates to join our team and provide efficient and reliable package delivery services for Flipkart and Amazon customers within a 4-5 km radius in Hyderabad. As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages to customers doorsteps, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Pick up packages from designated Flipkart and Amazon hubs or warehouses
Plan and execute efficient delivery routes within the 4-5 km radius in Hyderabad
Deliver packages to customers doorsteps within the specified time frame of 7 AM to 9 hours
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and any special instructions
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or queries during the delivery process
Ensure the safe and secure handling of all packages
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to delivery operations
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and experience in operating two-wheelers or small delivery vehicles
Strong navigation and time management skills to optimize delivery routes
Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights
Familiarity with the Hyderabad area and its neighborhoods
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict delivery timelines
