Delivery manager to take responsibility of planning, execution, and delivery of developments/enhancements as per the committed release & Timeline.
- Ensure allocation of defect fixes as per priority.
- Coordinate on different activities (Coding, Code Review, Testing, Regression & Integration), ensuring the fixes are delivered on time and within SLA.
- Provide necessary and periodic updates / fix dates to the Support Management Team.
- Ability to carry out Resource and Work Allocation.
- Responsible for the overall planning of the resources based on project demands.
- Manage allocation of resources to various tasks.
- Effective utilization of resources and control overrun and support..
SKILLS - Having Minumum of 10 Years of Experience.
- Project Planning and Delivery Management.
- Overall responsibility of planning, execution, and delivery of developments/enhancements as per the committed release & Timeline.
- Work with Product Directors/Product Managers/Development Teams to plan the delivery.
- Co-ordinate through the various teams and stakeholders for all delivery activities and act as the escalation point for all development issues specific to enhancements.
- Ensure Scope changes are captured, and impacts identified and managed.
- Utilize and update internal systems on delivery management in a timely manner, thus ensure timely status reporting.
- Ensure 100% compliance to Quality and Release Processes.
- Participate, as required, in steering committee meetings, senior executive meetings and other such events.
