Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Identify potential affiliate partners and onboard them onto our network.
  • Coordinate the delivery of campaigns, ensuring timely execution and meeting client objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular performance reports to affiliate partners and internal teams.
  • Investigate and resolve any delivery or performance issues that may arise.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and affiliate marketing best practices.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and commissions with affiliate partners.
  • Coordinating with publishers on the monetization strategy including creating brand opportunities, ad placements, content planning, etc.
  • Coordinating with a sales & demand team on strategic sales.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or campaign delivery.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in using data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and third- party tracking tools like Affise, Trackier etc is a plus.
