Overall 16-18 years of experience in handling IT Consulting, Pre-Sales, Project Management, CoE, and Training initiatives with at least 6-8 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud applications HCM Cloud, ERP Cloud.
The candidate must have hands on experience for atleast 5 years in Oracle cloud before venturing into project management.
Planning, execution, and delivery management of US or Regional Oracle Cloud projects (support or implementation). Manage project budgets and timelines. Identify and mitigate project risks. Update project status to management team. Ensure customer satisfaction and referenceability.
Strong Techno functional understanding of Oracle HCM cloud modules and overall project execution. High-level understanding of OIC and PaaS is good.
Support sales teams (US and Regional) during various stages of opportunity development assessment, solutioning, estimation, presentations, proposal defence, application demos, etc.
Understanding of software development methodologies, development processes, change management, and deployment procedures. Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle in Oracle Cloud.
Strong domain experience in HCM track including hands-on functional or techno-functional experience in HCM Cloud. Knowledge in ERP track will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with different departments and different levels within the organization.
