Job Summary:
As the Recruitment Head for the Domestic Region, you will lead and manage the entire recruitment department, ensuring the seamless execution of recruitment operations while driving business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. You will also be responsible for handling client escalations and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Operations:
- Lead the recruitment department and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for diverse industries.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements while maintaining high standards of candidate quality and alignment with client expectations.
- Drive recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, leverage technology, and implement best practices in talent acquisition.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Resolve client escalations promptly, addressing concerns effectively and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Work closely with clients to forecast hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
- Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new clients across the domestic market by offering innovative recruitment solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's client base within targeted industries.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Build a pipeline of potential clients by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor, guide, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve performance targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities to build a high-performing recruitment team.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and drive continuous improvement across the team.
- Set individual and team goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback to drive excellence.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and refine recruitment strategies based on market insights.
- Ensure alignment between recruitment goals and overall business objectives for the domestic region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (8+ years) in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in both business development and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape in the domestic region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
