Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong technical background in .NET and Angular to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering high-performance, scalable web applications while also managing a team of engineers. You will be responsible for technical decision-making, ensuring best practices in coding standards, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor project performance, timelines, and budgets, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and support staff, ensuring collaboration and coordination across all project phases.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers working on .NET and Angular-based projects.
• Oversee day-to-day technical activities, including task assignment, progress tracking, and code reviews.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the development team.
• Act as a hands-on leader, contributing to the architecture, design, and development of web applications.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, development, and deployment.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development methodologies.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including product managers, QA teams, and business analysts, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and technical challenges to senior management.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
