Job Requirements
Account manager / Delivery manager (well versed with Delivery Methodology/Scrum ceremonies/Agile and delivery metrics, running FP engagements, strong people management) with strong experience in growing account.
Should be a customer centric person having working experience in US
Should have experience working with BFS Domain customer.
Should be ready to travel, once in a month at least
Expert in the following tech stack Java, Data Tech stack, Oracle hands-on person in some technology and should be well versed with the current technology landscape
Guide the team to come up with scalable solutions, and review both high and low level designs.
Should be able to lead a team of Senior developers and should be able to contribute technically on individual basis too
Team size should be around 15-25.
Interface with multiple stakeholders from client to internal stakeholders from the initiation of the project till the closure of the same
Manage user expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects
