Ability to understand the requirements, identify data elements required to meet requirements, identify data sources and able to corelate the disparate information and arrive at a robust data model to meet business requirements.
Ability to strategize data collection from various sources, adhoc data sets and transform them into a suitable format for analysis.
Ability to gather, clean and manipulate data, Familiarity with SQL for database querying.
Ability to explore data interactively to find actionable insights and correlate similar data to identify trends and anomalies.
Understand and process large volumes of excel data; Convert raw data into meaning information.
Ability to create visualization to communicate insights effectively
Establish and enforce data quality standards, data security measures and develop data governance policies and procedure.
Qualification required
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Data science.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g, Python)
Experience with data analytics/ visualization tools (e.g, Qliksense, Alteryx)
Knowledge about AI/ML technologies
PMP or Agile Process or any other Project Management certification
Understand the as-is status of the current software asset management process and define a roadmap to automate the entire process with a data centric platform approach.
Design and develop the data centric platform architecture, Data Strategy and solutions to cater the needs of business.
Demonstrate a Strategic mindset with ability to understand Ford s environment, different business/regional needs, challenges and arrive at implementable solutions.
Strong in Project Management with knowledge in agile practices, Stakeholder Management, Change Management and Communication management. Ability to Plan, Execute, Monitor and Control the activities that span across multiple teams effectively.
Excellent in collaboration with ability and aptitude to work with cross functional teams, multiple vendor resources and demonstrates One Ford truths.
