We are hiring for Product Delivery Lead .
Location : Pune.
Experience : 12+ Years .
NP : Immediate to 15 Days .
Note : Do not apply if having NP more than 15 Days.
Job Description :
What You Will Do:
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of the project(s).
- Work with Project / Delivery managers to understand/chalk individual project plans and resource estimates.
- Run regular sprints, and daily start and-ups, keep track of the overall progress and any risks.
- Work daily with development & QA teams to carry out delivery with high quality and within given timeframes.
- Active participation in design, development, and testing activities and provide inputs.
- Provide technical guidance independently or ensure it is available to the team whenever needed.
- Should get well-versed in the business functionality that is getting built.
What You Will Need:
Education and Experience
- Graduate degree in a technical field preferred.
- Typically requires at least eight 12+ years of relevant experience in Project Planning, Estimation, Project Tracking, and Reporting.
- Strong experience in software development, coding, debugging, and code reviews.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Well-versed in Project planning, Estimation, Project Tracking, and Reporting.
- Well-versed in Requirements Gathering, System Analysis, and Design.
- Experience and knowledge of various SDLC methodologies.
- Good programming language and scripting skills.
- Strong data design and management experience using Oracle, MSSQL Server, and MySQL.
- Well-versed in AGILE SCRUM knowledge and Non-Functional requirement.
- Solid design and coding skills used in individual contributions and code reviews of other team members.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
