Position Summary
We are seeking a visionary business professional to lead the dynamic delivery organization in India. This pivotal role requires your physical presence in our Noida office. We work collaboratively with teams in India and Canada, seamlessly blending the best of both worlds in a hybrid work setting.
Requirements:
Postgraduate degree in Business/Commerce; CA or CPA preferred.
Must have managed a team size of over 100.
10+ years in Business Process Outsourcing, specializing in accounting services.
Proven success delivering accounting/bookkeeping services for Canadian, UK, Australian, and US clients, consistently exceeding expectations.
5+ years of leadership in managing onshore-offshore teams, with expertise in scaling operations and talent development.
Strong ability to streamline workflows, implement quality control, and standardize processes for efficiency.
Expertise in service delivery, financial statements, compliance reporting, and risk management.
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
Proven ability to resolve operational challenges like bottlenecks and missed deadlines.
Principle responsibilities
Lead and inspire teams handling monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, tax filings, and payroll for diverse clients.
Ensure timely delivery within SLAs, while addressing potential bottlenecks and maintaining budget and schedule adherence.
Maintain high quality standards using Enkel-approved tools and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Act as the primary client contact, managing updates, expectations, and escalations to ensure satisfaction.
Build and nurture a high-performing team, focusing on recruitment, development, and succession planning for growth.
Continuously improve processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Monitor team performance, ensuring timely and accurate accounting deliverables, and drive a culture of excellence and accountability.
