Functional Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Client and Market Insight:
- Gain a thorough understanding of client situations and provide actionable business advice by synchronizing complex tax and regulatory conditions.
- Maintain a strong grasp of market practices and global tax and regulatory frameworks, particularly that of USA, Singapore, UAE and Netherlands.
- Team Management and Development:
- Lead and manage the team, providing training and guidance to enhance skills and performance.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Be empathetic and respectful.
- Cultivate positive attitude and make winners.
- Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement standardized processes, SOPs, and information storage systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Build and integrate technology into tax, and regulatory services for internal use and commercial exploitation.
- Crisis Management:
- Create and implement strategies to manage and mitigate crisis situations, such as unexpected team member departures.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish a strong quality team to review deliverables from technical, formatting, and branding perspectives.
- Sales and Strategic Development:
- Assist in sales efforts, particularly cross-sell and mining the existing client accounts.
- Contribute to strategic development efforts, including exploring new market
opportunities and expanding service offerings.
- Ideate solutions for commercial exploitation.
- Conduct research and publish thought leadership on selected topics periodically.
- Contribute towards growth of the organization.
