Delivery Head

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

Lead and manage a team of project managers and delivery personnel.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies.

• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.

• Identify staffing needs, recruit, train, and develop team members.

Manage resource allocation across multiple projects.

• Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members.

• Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Risk Management:

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen issues or changes.

• Quality Assurance:

Establish quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct quality reviews and audits to assess project deliverables.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and outcomes.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience in project management, with at least [X years] in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.

• Additional Requirements:

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is preferred.
