Position Title:Mobile App Web Campaign Manager (Performance Marketing)

Overview:As the Mobile App WebDelivery profileCampaign Manager at Click Orbits, you will be instrumental in designing and executing high-impact campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our clients products mobile applications. Leveraging your expertise in mobile advertising, web analytics, and conversion optimization, you will develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize app downloads events and user conversions while optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end mobile app web campaigns, including planning, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand app objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform campaign strategy and handling Publisher Engagement and Retention.
- Utilize a mix of channels and tactics to drive app installs and conversions, including mobile web advertising, app store optimization (ASO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display retargeting.affiliate channels, Programmatic buying.
- Conduct in-depth audience segmentation and targeting to reach relevant users and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and app store assets that resonate with target audiences and drive user engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyzing key metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Acquiring potential partners and negotiating terms with all new and existing publishers and forming/negotiating strategic alliances with new and existing online partners.
- Provide operational and monetization plans for campaigns and clients.
- Integrate and Implement the mobile publishing tools and best practice system.
- Implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize campaign elements such as ad copy, creative assets, targeting criteria, and bidding strategies.
- Finding and strategizing new sources of inventory for performance campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting campaign results, key learnings, and recommendations for future optimizations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile app marketing, incorporating innovative strategies into client campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in mobile app marketing, user acquisition, and performance-based advertising, preferably within a digital agency or mobile app development company.
- Strong understanding of mobile advertising platforms and technologies, including all Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar platforms, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and app store assets that drive user action.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to achieve client objectives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and campaign results to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement in campaign performance.
- Passion for mobile technology, digital marketing, and innovation, with a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with app store optimization (ASO) techniques and tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of mobile app analytics platforms such as Apptopia, Sensor Tower, or App Annie.
- Familiarity with mobile app tracking and attribution solutions, such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch.
- Certification in mobile advertising platforms and technologies is desirable.
- Understanding of mobile app development processes and principles is beneficial but not required.
