- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that deliveries are made on time and in accordance with customer requirements
- Plan and organize delivery schedules to ensure that goods are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring that goods are securely loaded and transported
- Track deliveries and maintain accurate records of deliveries made and goods received
- Ensure that all deliveries are made in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Communicate with customers to resolve any delivery-related issues and to provide updates on delivery schedules
- Continuously monitor delivery processes to identify and implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
