We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Consultant to join our supply chain team. As a Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our clients. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in supply chain management and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of products to clients, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Communicate with clients to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or special instructions.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to prepare orders for shipment.
- Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and reduce delivery times.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes and client feedback.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during the delivery process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field. / 3 years Diploma
- A valid driver's license (DL) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with GPS and other navigation tools.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as needed.
