Job Responsibilities:- Pick up grocery/household items orders from designated partner stores.
- Deliver orders to customers homes, apartments, or businesses within designated time frame.
- Ensure safe and proper handling of groceries to maintain freshness and quality.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, helpful, and professional.
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch to address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and complete necessary paperwork.
- May require collecting payments or verifying ID checks (depending on company policy).
