Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and punctual Warehouse Delivery Boy to join our team in Kochi. The primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and safe delivery of parcels to customers on a route basis.
Pick up parcels from the warehouse and deliver them to customers within the assigned route.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parcels to maintain customer satisfaction.
Handle parcels with care to prevent any damage during transit.- Maintain delivery logs and collect customer signatures upon delivery.
Communicate effectively with the warehouse team to report any issues or delays.
- Follow traffic regulations and company policies for safe driving and delivery.
Manage cash on delivery (if applicable) and ensure accurate transaction records.- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in proper working condition.
Valid driving license & own two-wheeler vehicle and experience in delivery driving.- Good knowledge of the local routes in Kochi.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry parcels of various sizes (Max - 3kg).
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
