About the role: The Deep Learning Engineer will design and optimize machine learning models, with a focus on deep learning and large language models (LLMs) like GPT and BERT. Responsibilities include developing custom algorithms, enhancing model performance, and building efficient data pipelines for large-scale training. Ideal candidates bring strong expertise in deep learning frameworks, Python, and natural language processing (NLP).

EXPERIENCE

Duties you'll be entrusted with:

Algorithm Design & Development

• Research, design, and develop innovative algorithms to address complex challenges.
• Optimize and refine machine learning models with a specific focus on deep learning applications.

Large Language Model (LLM) Fine-Tuning

• Fine-tune and customize large language models (LLMs) like GPT or BERT to suit unique use cases and business requirements.
• Implement advanced techniques to enhance model performance and accuracy.

Data Integration & Training

• Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and integration to improve LLM performance.
• Design efficient pipelines for large-scale training, using both structured and unstructured data.

Model Evaluation & Optimization

• Analyze model performance through A/B testing and iterative improvement.
• Apply transfer learning, pruning, and quantization to increase model efficiency.

Expectations from you:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in deep learning model development and LLM fine-tuning.
• Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with relevant ML libraries.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and AI-driven solutions.
