Debt Syndication - Investment Banking

Job Description:

Co-ordinating & enhancing relationships with respective Bank, NBFC or any

other prospective lenders for execution of mandate

Client Acquisition for Debt Syndication. Planning and executing business

development strategies for debt syndication and other Ancillary products.

Preparing detailed Information Memorandum, Pitch book, Presentations.

Ensure timely submission of information and clarify queries from Banks, FIs,

Credit Funds and NBFCs.

Making Presentations and Proposal Documentation

Meeting Corporates & giving presentations on project financing

Analysis of Balance Sheets & data of the Corporate

Key Requirements:

Education: CA/MBA, CFA will be an added advantage

2- 5 yrs relevant experience in debt syndication

Financial modeling along with Financial Analysis/ Preparation of Financial

Reports

Sector: Infrastructure/Project Finance
