- Managing client relationship for achieving/completing the desired business/transaction.
- Build and maintain mid-level relationships with Banks/ FIs/ NBFCs and other prospective lenders
- Preparation of Business pitches with financing solutions, Credit Appraisal Notes, Information
Memorandum, Financial Model, CMA Data and any other documentation or information that may
be required by lenders / investors to ensure successful deal closure.
- Completion of commitments in due time frame, Situation handling- like unavailability of information
from clients, bankers, etc.
- Ensure timely submission of information and clarify queries from Banks, FIs and NBFCs - for their
independent appraisal at Branch/ Zonal Office/ Head Office levels
- Provide inputs on loan structuring and drafting term and conditions.
- Working as a team member for formulation of Debt syndication strategy, revenue generation and
profitability of debt syndication team.
- Undertake the negotiation of documentation with legal department or legal counsel for finalization
of legal documentation
- Track and stay updated in key business/ infrastructure sectors and develop an understanding of
policy issues
- General insight into working of various industry segments and their special needs.
- Oversee the documentation process and ensure expeditious financial closure of transactions
amongst banks/ FIs, etc. through effective co-ordination between the Client, Banks/ FIs, Legal teams
and synchronization of terms sheets
