Job Overview
VCATCH is seeking a Debt Recovery Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Debt Recovery Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the recovery of outstanding debts from customers. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Hindi fluency is required
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in debt recovery or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact individuals or businesses to recover outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to debt recovery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of debt recovery activities
- Follow up with debtors on payment commitments
- Prepare reports on debt recovery progress
- Collaborate with team members to achieve debt recovery targets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to debtors
