The Key role of the Central settlements Manager is
- To drive Overall Settlements- Ensure cases settled within the defined TAT and above 95%.
- To ensure negotiation on 100% of cases.
- To negotiate increase in value of the initial offer.
- To drive collections on the agreed settlement value.
- To drive key performance input measures like customer contactability, Login adherence and schedule management.
Education:
Graduation - Any Graduate
Experience: 2-5 Years of Experience in Collections.
