JD DM Specialist Job Purpose The DM Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the requirements definition, design, solution, build and testing of configuration in Debt Manager 11 (DM11) from around the business. They will work alongside experienced DM specialists to expand their skillset. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of a vital system for our organisation. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Build, test, and debug configuration for C&R Debt Manager according to business requirements and technical specifications. Participate in reviews and learn best practices from functional specialists. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and functionality. Collaborate with testers, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and troubleshoot issues. Assist in maintaining existing codebase and documentation. Take responsibility for your individual workload, updating tickets/bugs/tasks and accurately reflecting time spent on these activities. Stay up to date on relevant technologies as directed by your lead. Continuously learn and grow your technical skills through training and experience. Improve your overall knowledge of the business and the systems required to support the Operational and IT Teams. External: C&R Software. Person specification: Formal Education & Certification (desirable) Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or experience. Knowledge & Experience Ideally experience of using Debt Manager or similar Collections / Recovery product Logical approach with attention to detail.
