Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collection & Recovery Tell Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a deep understanding of collection and recovery processes.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers to collect outstanding debts and negotiate payment arrangements
- Review accounts and make recommendations on how to best approach collection and recovery efforts
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and update account information as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to meet collection and recovery goals
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in collection and recovery processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with collection software and database systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
