Roles & Responsibilities
- Looking for an energetic person ready to travel can and meet customers, and should be able to meet the customer satisfaction
- Should have strong problem-solving & vehicle level of troubleshooting knowledge
- Should be able to do vehicle level study & give solutions for field claims
- To interact with various dealers and create a good rapport with them.
- Communication with the internal team for problem sharing
- Daily RO issues tracking & communication to all concerns
- RO reduction from dealers and able phone survey in long-distance dealers (Within the region)
- Able to talk in English and the local language
Education Qualification
Diploma in Engineering;
Bachelor of Engineering.
