Dealer Relationship Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dealer Relationship Manager at Flikcar, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. As a Dealer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with car dealers, managing the dealer network, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with dealers to understand their needs, provide support and training, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to expand the dealer network and drive business growth.

• Prior experience in sales or account management, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly motivated and target-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
