About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as Dealer Development Manager for Chennai. This role focuses on expanding and managing our dealer network to drive sales and brand presence in the automotive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new dealerships in Chennai to expand market coverage and meet sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealerships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and support.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential dealership opportunities and market trends.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase dealership profitability and market share.
- Training & Support: Provide training, guidance, and support to dealerships on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to align dealer strategies with overall business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, dealer agreements, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 7-15 years of experience in dealer development, sales management, or business development within the automotive industry.
