Dealer Development Executive

Position Title: Dealer Development Executive

Our client is a leading German MNC, a world leader in the portable outdoor power equipment industry including trimmers and blowers. They are looking for a Dealer Development Executive to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on dealers throughout the APAC region, and develop milestones to reach the strategic targets.

• Job Responsibilities:

• Analytical

_Quantitative Analysis of network in SEA and NEA _

• Identify direct and sub dealers in each country, their regional locations and compare to population.

Identify and analyze networks of direct competitors (or other industries).

_Qualitative Analysis of network in SEA and NEA _

• Key Indicators: Turnover in total, Sales in total, Product range in total.

Look & Feel: Number of shopsystem and outside signage, training level and participation, availability of workshop and equipment.

• Strategic

Define strategic targets per customer and country (quantitative/qualitative)

• Develop milestones and measures to reach those targets

Find, Educate and lead dealer development experts in all countries

• Establish information and best practice sharing among markets

• Operational

Visit and train importers in all dealer development topics

• Visit and train dealers in all markets jointly with importer to check potential, status and progress of dealer development

Give training and broad education to dealer development experts of importer

• Give training with dealer development experts to dealers

• Job Requirements:

College or University degree with business emphasis.

• Min. 2-4 years of proven practical experience in dealer management and channel partner

Experience within technical industries needed

• High level of self-motivation

Target-oriented

• Strategic thinking

Highly communicative, open minded and convincing

• Fluent English as must, and other languages very helpful: Chinese, Bahasa, others

Open for a significant amount of traveling within South East Asia (SEA) and North East Asia (NEA) plus overseas.
