Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for a Dealer Success Manager. The Dealer Success Manager will be responsible for managing the relationships with car dealerships, ensuring their success on the CarDekho platform. The role involves providing support and guidance to dealers, analyzing data and performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction. The Dealer Success Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance the dealer experience and meet business objectives.
