Responsibility:
- Set up meetings with prospective clients after preliminary analysis of Companies
- Undertaking market research and analysis
- Preparing and producing presentation materials such as pitch books, investor collaterals (teasers and information memoranda), transaction documents, and client board notes
- Developing, building and working on valuation materials including financial models, comparable analysis
- Developing strong relationships with Private Equity Funds, Family offices
Requirements
- Qualification - CA/CFA/MBA (Finance)
- Experience of working with Indian clients (Mandatory)
- Fast-learning, self-starters and go-getters with strategic mindsets
- Versed with valuation, accounting concepts and financial modelling
- Good Communication skills
- Good Analytical & Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/ Excel/ Word) skills
