Job Summary
We are excited to expand the Global Pricing and Deal Desk team to support our growing business in Asia! As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will provide analysis and support to the APAC sales team, helping sales reps progress SFDC opportunities and quotes, while managing discount requests and pricing governance. You will be the initial point of contact for Deal Desk in the region, working closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth deal execution and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide sales team with quoting and discount approval requests. Resolve questions on product offerings, SKUs, GTM programs, promotions, processes, and configurations.
- Perform initial reviews of discount requests, ensuring compliance with company priorities and pricing governance.
- Calculate pricing and discounts needed for upgrades and migrations, per established guidelines. Validate promotion and upgrade license requirements.
- Build simple financial models and perform analysis to assess deal economics and internal KPIs.
- Collect, organize, and document information on deal conditions, business justifications, and competitive feedback from the sales team.
- Get data from internal SFDC reports and Tableau dashboards for ad-hoc analysis or inquiries.
- Update and prepare materials for quarterly business reviews and Deal Desk informational sessions.
Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, order management, or a similar role.
- Proficient in quoting workflows, Salesforce CRM, and Oracle CPQ.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention-to-detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations teams.
- Experience in mid-sized or large enterprise IT or technology companies.
