Job Title: Kitchen Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
Job Summary:
Lead a designated kitchen section (e.g., sauce, pastry, entremet), overseeing food preparation, presentation, and plating. Assist senior chefs in menu planning, kitchen operations, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Section Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate section staff.
- Ensure efficient section operations and high-quality output.
- Food Preparation:
- Prepare complex dishes and components.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas.
- Kitchen Operations:
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Team Management:
- Train and develop junior kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with senior chefs to manage kitchen workflow.
