1.Relevant experience in designing and development of ETL artifacts using IBM DataStage.

2.Strong business analysis and requirement definition background in Data Integration (ETL).

3.Strong SQL/Database concepts.

4.Excellent oral and written communication skills.

5.Experience in establishing criteria for data use/test cases.
