Job Description:

Experienced in Data Power, API Connect and provide 24x7 support to bank has Data Power devices in production and non- production environments. Project support activities includes

-Deployment activities

-Certificate renewals and firmware upgrades,

-Continuous performance optimization efforts to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency

Splunk Monitoring and Dashboards: Implementation of monitoring solutions and creation of custom dashboards in Splunk to provide real-time insights into system performance, security, and operational health.

-Automation with Jenkins: Creation and management of Jenkins jobs to streamline and automate daily operational tasks, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency

-Level 2 support for managing and troubleshooting DataPower-related issues

-Perform deep-dive analysis and enable probes to diagnose complex issues and provide the best possible resolution
