- ITIL or similar service management certifications
- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+)
Technical expertise in data center infrastructure, networking, and IT systems.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data center management tools (e.g., DCIM, monitoring software).
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

1The Data Center Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and strategic planning of a data center. This role ensures the reliability, efficiency, and security of data center infrastructure, supporting business-critical applications and services.
2. Supervise data center staff, including technicians, engineers, and contractors. Monitor and report on data center performance, capacity, and uptime. Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security protocols, and internal policies
