Database Management and Research Intern

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Database Management and Research Intern to join our team. The intern will support our efforts in maintaining and optimizing our databases, conducting research to support various projects, and mapping data for strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Database Management:

-Assist in the creation, maintenance, and updating of databases.

-Ensure data integrity and quality by performing regular audits and clean-ups.

-Support the implementation of data management protocols and standards.

Research:

-Conduct market and industry research to gather relevant data for projects.

-Analyze research findings and present insights to the team.

-Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in education, training, and career services.

Data Mapping:

-Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and objectives.

-Map and structure data from various sources to create comprehensive datasets.

-Assist in the development of data visualizations and reports for internal and external use.

Qualifications:

-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BA, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

-Proficiency in database management tools and software (e.g., SQL, MS Excel).

-Ability to conduct thorough and accurate research.

-Good communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.

-Knowledge of data mapping techniques and data visualization tools is a plus.
