About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain MongoDB database solutions to meet business requirements.
• Optimize database performance through proper indexing, sharding, and replication techniques.
• Collaborate with development teams to create and optimize APIs and data access layers.
• Conduct database health checks and implement monitoring solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on MongoDB best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest database technologies and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of database architecture and data modeling.
• Proven experience in performance tuning and optimization of MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of database security best practices.
• Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cloud databases or hybrid solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
