- Needs to work on OIC, OTBI/BIP, Fast formulas, alerts, personalization's and HSDL templates
- Needs to support day to day issues in Production support; debugging and code changes;
- New service requests coding, configurations and implementation
- Needs to understand Core HR, Absences, Self Service, Roles and Security management modules tables and linking to develop technical objects
- Needs to work with Business and functional resources
- Support ticket management
