Are you looking to help support the global energy transition whilst leveraging your data story-telling and dashboarding skills As an early member of a geographically dispersed Data Team, you will do exactly that by executing the data dashboard strategy.

This position will see you work closely with other teams to scope requirements, plan development efforts, QA and launch dashboards across all client markets. These dashboards complement the Subscription Services and Software products used by the movers, shakers and policymakers in the energy industry. It is an exciting opportunity to work on several aspects of the data lifecycle while supporting the larger global energy transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end ownership of power market dashboards from development through launch and maintenance. This includes managing the roadmap, holding team members accountable, handling stakeholder communications and liaising with users to gather feedback.
• Build and lead a team of data analysts to develop and deliver dashboards for internal teams as well as global clients.
• Liaise with the Product Manager to prioritise and deliver on the data roadmap.
• Support the wider teams with data analysis and storytelling using dashboards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Experience conceptualising, designing and building dashboards, with exp. as a team lead or manager.
• Experience with project management
• Experience with relational and/or columnar databases and SQL.
• Experience coding with Python and working with YAML & JSON.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics and visualisation tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Experience in energy industry or working with energy data.

Desirable attributes:

• Familiarity with power models.
