As our next Data Support Analyst, you'll be instrumental in leading and driving communication with clients confidently and effectively. The Key Requirements...
- You must be a fresher to 1 year experience as part of data processes/ data entry/ contact center, that involves co-ordination and interaction with business users via different mode of communication using a service desk tool/system
- You will ideally have a good understanding of MS office tools
- You should have a general knowledge of the financial domain and specifically, fund data is an added advantage
