About the Role:

The Team:

With a presence in the U.S, Argentina, Pakistan, and India, you will be working alongside a team of data stewards working on Tier 1 and Tier 2 new and ongoing integration projects. This will give you a unique opportunity to work with product management teams and understand the need of our clients in a better way and then work with Content teams to ensure a successful execution of these projects.

This is an opportunity to serve in a vital role in Data Management side of the Organization. In this role, you will utilize your project management, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on Transactions Data Stewards team's ongoing projects from start to finish
  • Liason with UAT testers, Scrum teams to ensure all the tasks meet accuracy standards apart from meeting the sprint deadlines.
  • Facilitate scrum events, i.e. sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives and stakeholder meetings
  • Create and update documentation for newly developed processes
  • Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new projects
  • To identify and work on data audits using SQL to improve data accuracy

What We're Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong Domain and Product Knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related software technology field
  • Understanding of Agile framework and methodologies
  • Familiarity with Microsoft TFS/Azure
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, i.e. vlookup, pivot tables and fuzzy lookup, etc
