Your day at NTT DATA
The Analyst Relations Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Cloud AR programme by managing the collection and analysis of key data required to provide continuous insights in support of the analysts relations programme.
What You'll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing analysis of analyst firm RFIs and reports to understand the key data that are required to respond to the analyst requests.
- Building and maintaining the data schema required for data collection across NTT DATA.
- Coordination of data collection, based on the defined schema across all delivery centres within NTT DATA.
- Managing responses for all analyst RFIs
- Regular liaison with relevant teams to ensure data is up to date and received in a timely manner.
- Work closely with AR, and SMEs as needed, for regular updates on data collection status and highlight challenges/gaps.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations for analyst briefings as needed
- Prepares insights for the delivery units into the trends identified from analyst reports.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to drive the timely completion of data collection.
- Excellent technical writing skills with a creative flair.
- Ability to present information in a clear, concise manner.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to work with and manage many projects within the required deadlines.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communication or relevant field.
Required Experience:
- Seasoned experience in responding to multiple and diverse RFIs
- Experience in analysing and synthesising varied data to meet analyst RFI requirements
- Proven skills in working with new business units/stakeholders in a matrix organisation
- Seasoned demonstrated experience managing complex projects and executing on short timelines.
- Seasoned experience working with ICT solutions.
- Proven Project Management experience.
