Role Description

This is a full-time Bengaluru based role for a Data Scientist at TrueGradient. The Data Scientist will be responsible for conducting advanced data analytics, writing data engineering python queries, implementing statistical models, creating data visualisations, and analysing supply chain data to drive value and optimise operations.

Qualifications

• Data Science, Statistics, and Data Analytics skills
• Data Visualisation and Data Analysis skills
• Experience in implementing statistical models
• Proficiency in tools like Python and SQL for data analysis
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support to TrueGradient's customers.
• Design and execute proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the value proposition of TrueGradient's solutions to potential customers.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and inform the product development team.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• Understanding of basic machine learning concepts like time series model and regression
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling skills through data visualisation and presentation.
• Prior experience in Supply chain planning, Customer success, and Product management, or related fields is a plus.

Education & Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
