We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Processing and Lynching Specialist with 2-4 years of relevant experience in the field.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in document management, processing, and lynchings, combined with expertise in generative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling and analyzing documents while also utilizing generative AI techniques to automate and enhance various aspects of our operations.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough document processing, including sorting, organizing, and indexing large volumes of documents.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand document requirements and develop streamlined processes for document ingestion, extraction, and classification.
Utilize advanced generative AI techniques to automate repetitive tasks, improve document processing speed, and enhance data extraction accuracy. Develop and implement document processing workflows, ensuring compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of processed documents, maintaining high data integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve document processing issues promptly, escalating complex problems to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in document processing technologies and generative AI methodologies, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to optimize document processing workflows and AI models.
Train and mentor junior team members on document processing techniques, best practices, and generative AI methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
1-4 years of hands-on experience in document processing, including document management, ingestion, extraction, and classification. Solid understanding of document processing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in working with various document formats, such as PDF, Word, Excel, and image files.
Strong knowledge of generative AI technologies and frameworks, such as GPT-3, GANs, or VAEs.
Experience in implementing and fine-tuning generative AI models for document analysis and automation.
Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in document processing and AI, such as Python, Java, or R.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
